-- ATLANTA HOME STAGER --
Being a home stager in Atlanta is quite a unique entrepreneur experience, and not for the faint at heart.
A professional home stager is a quick thinking artistic individual that can create a pleasurable atmosphere with the
furnishings and/or empty walls at hand. Thus, becoming the Atlanta recognized home stager came quickly and with success
to Karen, founder of Peachtree Home Staging LLC.
Starting out in 2001 as a Realtor, Karen quickly recognized that homes simply were not marketed. Using design
rules and strategies, coupled with savvy sales and marketing experience, it took Karen no time at all to become the expert
Atlanta home stager. This Atlanta home stager offered premiere listings, quick sales, and expert advice for home staging
techniques. This Atlanta home stager's listings immediately became staged, and show time ready without exception.
Being a home stager in Atlanta before home staging was expected (or readily accepted) isn't exactly an easy
venture. Never the less, Karen's passion to market homes for a quick sale and the most profit continued to validate the
necessity to further explore the offering of home staging to her selling clientele.

When we went to sell our house, we were pretty sure that we wanted to have it home staging but were not sure if it would be
worth the hassle. However, since everyone indicated it would help sell and we wanted to sell fast, we decided to move forward. We conducted phone
interviews with 6 or 7 stagers and Karen was the only one that felt that she needed to see the space before giving a firm quote. Right away,
that indicated to me that she was going to customize the staging package to our house, rather than giving us just what she had in inventory.
Karen was able to customize her plan to fit our budget, even incorporating some of our own pieces in the mix. When we set out to stage, I was not sure what to
expect and was skeptical of whether or not it would make a difference. Boy, was I wrong! Although I did not know what to expect, the staging package
installed by Karen greatly exceeded our expectations. The house felt like a model home and it was easily the nicest it looked the entire time we owned the
place. Our agent was not happy that we did not use her recommended stager but many times after said that she was extremely impressed and could not believe what
a difference it made. The best part is that our house hit the market on a Thursday and was under contract by the following Tuesday! Karen was great to work
with and was able to accommodate our schedule, installing on the day we needed and removing the furniture on short notice. I would highly recommend her
services and would use her again in a heart beat.

As a professional home stager in Atlanta, Karen sees that often the buyer's objections are simply a reflection
of their first or even second, impression. As a professional Atlanta home stager and experienced Realtor, Karen immediately
anticipates those objections and advises alternative room presentations to home sellers and their Realtors. The final touch
of expertise as an Atlanta home stager that Karen is adamant about is the ability to best photograph a room (and space)
for its Internet presence, a.k.a. "marketing".
A home stager has value that is not just surfacing now, even though it may just now be recognized as a
necessary profession. The necessity to home stage, and the need for home stagers began the moment the internet became the
primary source for the home search by the buyer. Without question, the Internet has changed the infamous house hunting
patterns of the past. Many will say it came from HGTV; but actually, the Internet created the need to have a home stager;
the home stager created the fascination that invented the HGTV redesign shows!

Being a home stager in Atlanta and coupling real estate sales is representative of several professional
considerations that are worthy of the attention of all Atlanta home sellers and real estate professionals. Karen's ultimate
desire is to work with sellers and educate sellers and Realtors on how to be in "show ready condition" and eliminate the
buyer's objections. Thus, Peachtree Home Staging has
become Atlanta's home stager. Karen, as the lead home stager at Peachtree Home Staging, keeps her real estate license
active. This provides Peachtree Home Staging an educational advantage in the market as a professional, premiere
Atlanta home stager.
Peachtree Home Staging, Home Stager From Atlanta In the News...
In the living room, the Atlanta home stager from Peachtree Home Staging rearranged the furniture to open up the space and
make it more interesting... "My vision was that someone was going to come home and criticize my style. That wasn't
the case at all... Once I got over it, it's fabulous... It frees up your life. Now, when the house is going to be shown,
I don't have to run around and straighten up all the stuff I had (out) before,"
Shelly Peacock, as quoted in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Home Finder, regarding the home
staging service she received from Peachtree Home Staging. {article written by Mary Booth Thomas)
Referrals from Peachtree Home Staging Clients:
I am a believer in Peachtree Home Staging's services. I use Karen's home staging expertise for every listing I have, whether that listing
is in Peachtree City, Buford or Alpharetta! I just had a closing in December of 2008 where Karen had home staged my listing. At the closing the
buyer said, "I am glad you had this home staged. It was the staging presentation from the photos posted on the MLS Internet listing that enticed
me to see the property. When I got there, the staged presentation was no disappointment. I could easily visualize living in the home...
I knew I needed to make it mine." Thanks, Karen, and Peachtree Home Staging . . . once again, a successful closing!

Karen was so pleased to receive this e-mail regarding her home staging services just 90 days on the market. WOW!
Karen, thought you'd like to know, we officially closed on 12/31/08. Talk about a relief. Thanks for all of your help.

Here's another e-mail Karen was delighted to receive just a few days ago...
Hi Karen, Just wanted to give you some updates. Our house is SOLD. In this tough housing market, I thought it would take a while, but putting the
house at the right price and MORE IMPORTANTLY your keen sense of STAGING allowed for the house to be sold within 90 days... I know for sure that without
your service, we would be still making our mortgage payment on our old home. You were fantastic that you worked with us with what we have
(did not have to rent any furniture or anything) and it resulted in sale. Thanks again, and I will be sure to share your contact information with
people when asked... I hope that you will stay in this business for a long time as people will definitely need your services now and in the future.
